See any other anglers? This is how we like it when we take you on a driftboat trip down the Salmon River in Pulaski New York. It's a great way to see the river. We like to take our clients to secluded spots where steelhead hide and other anglers can't walk to by foot. You'll fall in love with the sound of the water slapping against the driftboat and enjoy seeing different types of wildlife such as turkey, deer, weasels, and pileated woodpeckers!  If you have a hard time walking or you don't want to invest in a pair of waders, take a driftboat trip down the Salmon River with a co-worker or loved one. All you need is a NYS Fishing License. Children under 16 are free. We have night time salmon trips that are done by charter boat captains or drift boat guides. The deal is  this:  It's either in a drift boat or some type of boat. 
$350/2 persons or $450/3.
You can troll (your guide will row artificial lures) or you can cast egg sacs.  The salmon are loaded at the mouth of the Salmon River in Pulaski , New York typically during the entire month of September. When the chinook salmon start to move more upstream, then the guides do bank guided or streamside river trips.  If you want to try a night time Mouth of the Salmon River/Estuary Trip, please call us.  Trip times are 6:00 pm to 1:00 am and 1:00 am to 8:00 am.  I also have a 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and this can be in the estuary as well.  THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: Your guide will be where the fish are.  If this is something that you would like to try, please call us and book your prime dates now.  You DO NOT NEED WADERS for this type of fishing.  People who just want to fish and catch fish or cannot walk or hike, or want to bring their child, THIS IS FOR YOU!
