 Egg Suckn' Leech Hit Hard

Fly,Spin,Spey,CenterpinTom Magera, Fresh Coho SalmonDon't ya just love the sounds of that?  "Egg Suckn' Leech Hit Hard"....man, it makes my hair stand up on my...okay, enough of that.  Here's Tom Magera with a beautiful Salmon River Coho Salmon he caught this morning just downstream from our shop.  He said this coho salmon hit his egg suckn' leech so hard it took him by suprise.  It was a good fight for Tom as his coho salmon took off

downstream and then went across the river and then came blasting back upstream to settle back in the hole where Tom originally hooked up.  Tom said there were only a couple of guys fishing within sight of him and it was perfect, not shoulder to shoulder.  The one fisherman that was closest was nice enough to take Tom's picture with his digital camera.  Tom and I both thank that fisherman...where ever you are.  I asked Tom why he was able to come and fish the Salmon River on a Tuesday and a Wednesday and he said that those are the days he gets off from work.  He's an aircraft mechanic from the Poconos down in PA.

Anyone who has a digital camera and has fish pictures, just stop in the shop and I'm able to upload them right to my laptop.  No need to bring me your USB cord.  I have a special device that takes all camera cards so your picture will be on the site before you make it home to your lovely wife.  Like Allison, Tom's wife who I have yet to meet in person.  I did get to see a picture of her on Tom's camera card however I'd like to thank her face to face for letting her husband come to Pulaski NY to fish the Salmon River!  See you soon Allison!
