 The water level is dropping and the steelhead and brown trout fishing has been excellent for our lodging guests and guide service. Our driftboat guides have done fantastic with our clients with the recent high water. For those of you wondering why I have not been posting reports lately, I'll explain later. For now, those of you who do know me and trust my honest, no bullshit reports, I will say that the fishing is
excellent. I know because I have been out fishing myself and this is what I intend on doing vs. maintaining regular shop hours. Please remember, my property behind my fly & tackle shop is private and posted. It is for my lodging guests and anyone who is supporting my business (now) regardless if my retail shop "open" lights are on. My cell is posted on the front door of my shop and if you want to get ahold of me or support my business, then please call me. Do not assume that because you shopped with me in the past or that you have met me once before or that you stayed at my lodge two years ago that you can trespass on my property. I live next door to my fly & tackle shop and I am always open to anyone who wants something regardless if my lights say so. Thank you for understanding and as soon as I am able to I will post the shitload of pictures that I have from this salmon & steelhead season. I will also post some reports and stories as I know you have been missing them. My number one priority in life is my 3 & 1/2 year old daughter, Miss. Isla Morada Rucando, then fishing, simple.
