Salmon fishing is going on NOW in New York State and it's no wonder why New York State is called the "Salmon Capital". We're located in Oswego County. We are catching salmon on Lake Ontario, NY and this will go on until September. Labor Day weekend is the official kick off to our FALL Salmon Run when the salmon migrate upstream in the Salmon River which is located in Pulaski New York. They will swim upstream, spawn, and eventually die. The best
time to fish for salmon in the Salmon River is from September to November. Other species follow the salmon and it makes for a great time. We're taking reservations now for our fall season run and we still have some available dates for the summer (July & Aug).
