This picture was taken on 1-25-10 and these two "Yahoos" were fishing nut deep in 2000+ cfs chocolate milk water! I couldn't believe it! Later I saw them fishing downstream from the County Route 2A bridge. Geez....they need HELP! They really need HELP!
