  May is a month where there's a lot going on in Pulaski NY. Our guide service is hunting for Spring Tom Turkey, fishing for Walleye Pike, Fly Fishing for Salmon River NY Steelhead Trout, and trolling for Lake Ontario NY Brown Trout. It's a busy month for us with a variety of hunting and fishing going on. It's a perfect time of year to come to Oswego County and fish/hunt Pulaski New York. While other "Gravy Guides" leave to fish other states and fish their seasonal runs, we're here all year long and enjoy excellent fishing that Lake Ontario and it's tributaries have to offer. We have trophy Skamania Steelhead in our Salmon River NY all year long! Mother's Day is tomorrow and May to me equals

 Hunting Tom Turkey can be as frustrating as fly fishing for Tarpon but when you get one, it's WORTH the hunt. Oswego County New York has some really big wild turkey and this one here that was taken on May 6, 2010 had a 9" beard. It was a great hunt and one that we'll be talking about for a while, especially when we're cooking it on the grill with some apples, oranges, and bacon.....mmmm, yummy!
