 | Salmon Smoking & Processing |
 Currently Junior's of Port Ontario NY which is located at the mouth of the Salmon River NY is the ONLY place that I am aware of that is processing salmon and trout. They are available for fish processing which inludes: cleaning, filleting,
packaging, freezing, storing, and smoking. If you want to get a whole fish smoked it's only a flat fee of $30, a great rate for the area when other smoke houses charge by the pound and that can add up to $60 or more! Remember, fish processors work hard and get all slimmed up so be sure to give a T.I.P. Did you know that it means: To Insure Promptness.
Be sure to tell Jim (in picture) to "SMOKE 'EM" if you want to bring some delicious salmon home to your family and friends or to give to your drift boat guide as a snack!!! (hint, hint) Jim is in charge of all fish processing and smoking.
