What We Offer:  
All of our facilities are private and come with Dish TV including local channels, DVD player, Wi Fi internet, private bath, wader dryers, coffee pots with coffee, creamer, and sugar, alarm clocks, clean linens, soap, and shampoo. Two of our facilities offer cooking and all have kitchen sinks, microwaves and refrigerators. All facilities are non-smoking, pet free, and absolutely NO fish coolers are allowed inside. All facilities have very comfortable twin size beds. These twins are brand new and we know you'll get a good night's sleep!  The downstairs lodge is the only room that has 2 large custom made bunks. Fish freezing and bags of ice are available on the premises. We can accommodate parties of 1-4, 1-5, and 1-8. We have on street as well as off street parking available.  Our lodging is considered, "Wife Approved"!

Why Stay at Yankee Fly Lodge?
Because it's located right on the Salmon River NY and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, banks, and prime fishing holes.  Because it's where the "action" is.  Because people who want to be around the action, have the convenience of buying their tackle and gear where they are lodging, having two fish cleaning stations across the street from where they lodge, and being able to go to a bar and drink and walk back to where they are staying without risking a DWI.  They also like to hear the salmon jump out of the river at night from their bedroom window.  The best part is that they can get great information from Dawn & John and their knowledgeable guide staff.

Who Stays at Yankee Fly Lodge?
Fly & Spin Fishermen and women, Families visiting the Pulaski area, Contractors during the summer months, Kayakers, Paddlers, and Bicyclists during the summer months.  Anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while fishing the Salmon River NY or visiting Pulaski New York.  We are not a hotel where you'll be confined to a small room.  We're more like a home-away-from home.

Lodging Deposit Policy:
We require a deposit, plus tax value (11%), at the time of booking.  This deposit is applied to the final nights of the reservation and the balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.  The following Holidays & Prime Times require a deposit at the time of booking with a 30 day written notice required to cancel:
Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, as well as every day in September, October, November, and April.

Lodging Cancellation Policy:
A 30 day written notice is required to cancel any
"Holidays or Prime Times".  All deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled within the above cancellation period.  Once beyond the cancellation period, the remaining nights of the stay will be charged to the credit card and are non-refundable.  If cancellation is made within the appropriate time frame, a full refund will apply less a $25 administration fee and 11% tax.

Our lodging accommodations are for serious anglers only who are respectful and courteous to others residing in the building as well as the lodging facilities.  We have a "NO Noise" policy after 9:00 pm.  If you are into partying and being loud, please stay somewhere else. While extremely rare, an objectionable guest may be asked to leave the premises with no refund.
