This apartment does not have a stove. It does have a small fridge, dish soap and clean sponge, silverware, plates, dishes, coffee mugs, cups, coffee wiht sugar and creamer. Microwave too!

All of our apartments are non-smoking and this rule is strictly enforced. All smoking is outside. Any evidence of smoking in our facilities will have to leave with NO REFUNDS and be subjected to a $500 charge to their credit card on file. We're not going to jeopordize all we've worked hard for in life for someone to burn our place down much less damage it with burn holes and the smell of smoke. Thank you for understanding. There are butt containers outside where you can put your cigarette butts. Flicking them in the street is not permitted or along the riverside. If Dawn catches you doing this, she will be pissed! FYI, Dawn is a reformed smoker and quit Sept. 13, 2007. Do the right thing and take care of your butts properly. Thank you!
